We want you to be happy with your ComfyLot purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
